All products are subject to availability and may be updated or discontinued at any time.
3. Digital Products
- No physical item will be shipped
- Files are accessible after purchase
- All digital sales are final and non-refundable
4. Customization & Bespoke Orders
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information
- Revisions may be limited depending on the scope
- Final approval is required before production
Once a design has been approved, it cannot be changed.
5. Printed Orders
- Production begins only after final approval
- Production time is typically 3–5 business days
- Colors may vary slightly due to screen and print differences
- Minor variations in color or texture are not considered defects
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.
6. Order Approval
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details before approving a design.
We are not responsible for:
- Spelling errors
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Approved layout or formatting issues
7. Returns & Refunds
- Digital products are non-refundable
- Printed products cannot be cancelled once in production
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue
We will review each case and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, templates, and content are the intellectual property of Minimalia Paperie (Bilmiss™).
